Description
This course covers Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which requires places of public accommodations, such as banks, to make goods, services, and facilities available to, and usable by, individuals with disabilities.
The course addresses the requirements for reasonable modification of policies, practices, and procedures; the requirements to provide auxiliary aids and services for communication purposes; when barriers to access to services and facilities must be removed; and the standards for making new and existing facilities accessible to individuals with disabilities.
